Prestige Customs is a family-run personalised jewellery store, founded in November 2018.
What started as a small project by a son following a breakup has grown, rather unexpectedly, into the business we run today. Several years later, Prestige Customs is now operated by father and son, with the same simple idea at its heart: creating personalised pieces that mean something to the people who receive them.
How It Started
Prestige Customs began in November 2018 during a fairly ordinary, if difficult, chapter of life.
Following the end of a relationship, our founder started experimenting with the idea of personalised products centred around the people, dates and memories we attach meaning to.
It started small. There was no grand plan to build a jewellery brand. It was simply an idea worth trying.
That idea became Prestige Customs.
A Family-Run Business
Today, the business is run by father and son.
We remain a small family operation, and we like it that way. It allows us to stay close to the products we offer, the way the store develops and, most importantly, the customers who choose us to make something personal.
The business has changed considerably since 2018, but its independent character has remained.
What We Make
We specialise in custom and personalised jewellery, including necklaces, rings, bracelets and other pieces designed around your own photographs, names, dates and messages.
Our collections have grown over the years, but we still look for the same thing in a product: something that can carry a little more meaning because it has been made for a particular person.
Sometimes that's a photograph. Sometimes it's a date, a name or a few words understood by only two people.
Those small details are what make personalised pieces personal.

Every personalised order begins with something supplied by you.
We understand that a photograph, message or date can represent considerably more than what appears on the finished piece. It might mark an anniversary, remember somebody important, celebrate a relationship or simply preserve a favourite moment.
That is why personalisation remains at the centre of Prestige Customs rather than being an addition to it.
Since 2018
A lot has changed since that first idea in November 2018.
The store has grown, our collections have evolved, and what began with one person is now something shared between father and son.
